I'm really too old to understand what ZEN is, but here's a ZEN pen.
It features a magnetic cap on the nib and the clip end.
The wood used was labelled as "Tulipwood Burl". Wiki describes Tulipwood as a species of Poplar.
It's finished with 10 coats of CA/BLO, then buffed, polished and waxed on a Beall buffer. The plating is 10K Gold.
The pen pic shows the pen as being a little stubby, but it measures a full 6".
