Don't know how many of you turners are using a Tormek system, but I just ran across this. In a nutshell, on SVD-185 jigs manufactured between January 1 and September 22 2009, the arrow used for setting the angle of the jig is in the wrong place, so if you "sharpen by the numbers", you won't be getting the profiles shown in the book:

I'll have to check mine. I don't really use the "book" settings, so it wouldn't have really affected me anyway. I just adjusted mine to produce the profiles I was using when I got the Tormek
