Completing another 100 Rifle Cartridge Bullet Pens of various calibers.
Drilled, polished, applied 4 coats of lacquer, intalled transmissons and refils.
Turning and polishing Antler and Camo Acrylic and finials and clips installation next.
As always comments and or suggestions appreciated.

It's impressive to see them all together like that. Looks like you've got the production process all dialed in.
 
Yes, you sure do have your production method dialed in.
Would love to see how you prepare the real bullet tips/nibs for use.
Assume you have ready markets for selling those. Congrats. :thumb:

That is an excellent tut. Following your instructions should produce an excellent nib. It is an elaborate process. With this multi-part step, your 100 pens can hardly be called a production system. You are definitely building them one at a time.
Hope you are charging enough for your time and talent.
