Errrr Jim, I am pretty sure that the show was over a long time ago.

It looks right upside down but I go along with Vaughan on the right way up. The essence of the whole thing is simplicity and purity of colour and line and for me it's one bump too many. It's all individual perception though so go as you feel right and hope the judges see it the same way as you.

Wow - was actually quite surprised to see this thread resurface! Just for everyone's info - this piece was not accepted in either of the two competitions that I entered. So - something about it did not fit with the show the judge(s) was putting together.

Oh well.... on to the next turning!
