Looks good! Will have to show that to my previous boss, her dad's collapsed in the last snow storm too, but it was light weight metal. Is there an easy way to get the tub out if you were to replace it?

Yeah. There's a Glu-Lam header just above the doors in the front. It goes clear across the building. So, about a dozen screws to remove the door trim, a dozen more to remove the doors and the center column, and the whole front of the building is open. It'll probably take about 45 minutes, maybe an hour, to open it up.
