Black and Gold with stabilized Corn Cob.
The cob was generously sent to me by Greg (gregsayers2000). Greg, you stabilizing process works great!!

Filled voids and finished with Med CA sanded to 400 grit, buffed with super fine steel wool and polished with Huts Ultra Gloss.

Does look fine. The style is starting to grow on me as it allows a larger piece of wood, or whatever, to be used.
Must take a special kind of corn cob for pen blank purposes. I stabled a couple cobs but they were pretty miserable after turning.

Looks great as usual, Les. The patterned ring goes very nicely with the corn cob barrel.

Really nice pen Les. Kit fits the cob.
