I'm looking for something very simple, cross platform, Mac-Windows a browser based. Is there such a thing?

I have been using FrontPage 2000, and while I've never really liked it, I do know how it works, I've also started to use iWeb, but I don't really like it.

Does anyone have a line on a decent program?

Nothing complex, just for doing a simple webpage for the Liquor shop, it will have images of wine, lists and such, no shopping cart, like I said, simple, info for customers.

No one seems to have an answer, so I'll broaden the question, how about any decent easy to use web page builder, I don't mind spending some money for it, but not hundreds of dollars. :dunno:

Cheers!

I have Web Easy Professional. Think it was about $60.00. Very intuitive to use. Supposedly, finds and sets up optimization for Google and other search engines. Dunno, that might be sales hype. BTW, I never set up my web site.

Have you tried the ones provided on Bluehost? I think there are a couple listed there to use as well as a couple under simple scripts.

Myself, I use WordPress as the app for hosting websites (also available under simple scripts). There are thousands of templates available to use as is or to customize and it allows my clients to update content and add pages without having to pay me each time they want to make a change.

In addition, there are thousands of plug-ins to add new features and functionality without having to know how to code.

Some Examples of WP based sites...

I've used Web Studio by Back to the Beach Software. Intuitive, drag and drop stuff. I need to get back to it and improve my site, but it was easy, even for an HTML dummy like me, to set up.
