Tip on Sanding

I use sanding sponge pads, cut in half. Seems the older they get the better they get. More pliable for ornate furniture or in this case doors.
8 footers heavily carved on both sides. Stripped and clear water base exterior finish lacquer finish. 5 coats , self priming. 5th coat still looks a little milky BECAUSE IT"S WET !

Added the finished doors, now all I need to do is go out in the heat and hang them.

yes I do. I got an e-mail yesterday from and estimate I did back in 08 for a job gilding a statue in upper state NY. They told me the request went in on Monday for the funding. I don't count my chicken's till they hatch but this one is looking real good.
