Really funny but the first one would translate as bad DIY electrician, or bad amateur electrician. The word casero doesn't seem to relate to it as it is on the next line but it didn't make sense on its own.

So an "electricista casero" means that he's not a professional one.

Maybe Vaughn can chime in with another approach.;)

Except for a few curse words, my knowledge of Spanish translatation starts and ends with Google Translate. :p

I'm coming up with "bad electrician home", which sounds like the same idea as the "bad amateur electrician" that you suggested.
