Cynthia,
first off... that happens from time to time... Families will mutter and grumble a bit, I for one am thankful that my Family here cares enough to share the good And the bad times without getting in a kerfluffle over everything.
As for the good; I've had a very Masonic week so far. Tuesday was my regular lodge meeting, we had a Degree night, and our lodge increased by four new Entered Apprentice members (two more degrees and they're full Master Masons). Last night I helped out at my best friend's other Lodge across the street from where I used to live in Newport NY, had a grand night of fellowship and heard the District Deputy's rendition of the Grand Master's Message, bit of a drive, but it was a fun evening just the same. And lastly, today I happened to be parked in front of the masonic lodge in Skaneateles, and while I was admiring the building, the lodge Treasurer arrived. I introduced myself, and got a quick tour of their historic lodge rooms, dating all the way back to 1856. I'm going to come back down to take a photo essay about this lodge, as they have a museum room set up as a lodge was back when they first started which was Very impressive to see, and I want to document it if I'm able.
