I am refering a friend to read this website and post that emailed me about how to set the laser on the hollowing rig so you do not cut thru into the wall of it. I thought others may have a better way or different way than mine so please post if you do.
To make it simple I guess....... I set mine about 1/4" away from the cutting tip or edge of the cutter depending on how im using it. If I start to cut on the side of the cutter going down into the vessel I reset the laser to the side keeping the same distance from it. This works well for me to keep the same thickness but ill defer to others as they may have a better way to do it..........................
