LOML comes into the shop and if I doing something TS, Bands saw Lathe etc she'll stand at thew door waiting for me to sense she's there (which I do almost immediatly (been married 39 years next month) and I turn off the tool) and we talk about what she wanted. works for us.

This works in this family also. 65 years of marriage seems to help the ESP---well some of the time---there is still a lot of that, "Men are from Mars and women from Venus" stuff.

OK, I rang it about 5 times today. Each time he just rolled his eyes, so not sure why he bought it.

Still did the wait till all machines were turned off before entering. And yes, we do have ESP going on here too.

Guess I need to going back to scaring the bee-gee-bees out of him :rofl:

Harbor Freight has a wireless driveway alarm on sale for $11.99. It looks like an electronic eye and has a chime or buzzer. I wonder if that would work if I put it on the top of the basement stairs :dunno:

Couldn't find a picture of it but I think i"ll pick it up and give it a try.
