Well I finally was able to make and install the trim above the doors and entry way between the dining room and living room. I am extremely pleased with the outcome

Now looking at it all I almost think some trim or cove is needed at the ceiling :doh:

Myself, I would leave it just as you have it unless you are planning to do the living room as well. I think if you just did the kitchen it would have a more formal and finished look than the living room.

Wow really came out nice Tom! Yeah I agree a nice cove and bead profile would look great to "bring it all together"

But then again I am a glutton for punishment...... :rofl:

Seriously though. It looks awesome as it is but the cove would definitely be the "crowning" touch!
