The heavily tanned left arm syndrome happened to me while I was driving a truck way back in the 1960's. We didn't have SP lotion back then in the dark ages. No A/C or tinted windows either. That was when Men were Men. hee hee
Starting in the 1990's I've had three skin cancers removed from that arm. Not the serious black mole kind but the first stage type. Got them early.
Soooo, My advice in hindsight, would be to use the suggested SP 500 lotion or what ever highest you can find and slather it on the arm after every stop or the long sleeve guard of some sort.
