Bill Arnold's Torsion top assembly bench got me to planning one of my own. I liked the size of Bill's but was considering only 4' x 6'. I'd also like to have casters under it so I can move it in and out of the finish room, as well as around the shop. I'm considering something similar to the one below with some modifications.

I like the idea of the electrical outlets and tool storage. I'm thinking that where the big drawer is I'll actually just have an open shelf for my pancake compressor, then run air connections to each end by the outlets. The back side has some long drawers, assuming for clamps, but will probably break those up for fastener storage.
