Remodeling the house

I built this originally for my daughter Sarah around '89 or '90. She's had it stored for a few years and decided she wanted two of her nieces to have it so I have been in the process of "flipping" it, if you will, for the new owners. There was a considerable amount of trim repair, I put new siding on it and painted the exterior. There's still a little bit of trim work to finish and some roofing to do on the outside and a good bit of painting to do on the interior but it is slowly getting there.
