This is probable the worst shape of paint repair on furniture I have had to do. I'm starting with this one chair 1st then I have another and a couch.
Should be fun , she is not looking for perfection but acceptability, But I am not going for acceptability. The paint that is their is cracking and flaking. I will need to stabilize that 1st with Demar varnish. The rest will be matching up, to the best of my abilities.

I will need to do a bit of resurrect on these chairs Larry. I have pictures of the other chair and couch which I hope will give me some good glues. But still after doing enough of these I have a good idea of what I need to do.

Looks like a piece of cake, Dave. A little Sharpie here and there to blend the colors, then a quick coat of wipe-on poly and it'll be good to go. Let me know if you need any advice.

Looking forward to seeing the results. I'm sure you'll rock the house. ;)

All I can say is I'm glad it isn't me! I find that I'm too much of a perfectionsist for jobs like that. Which means no one can afford me! But I'm interested in seeing the final product, Dave. Should prove enlightening.
