After a little vibration yesterday...not much.. I noticed today my digital readout wasnt working. I know there is a sensor on the inside where belt is that manual says to adjust to read the bolts...I looked at it and it wouldnt move easily so I left it a lone for the time being...Do I have to loosen any bolts/screws? Could anything get messed up? It doesnt do anything but tell you how many rpms you are running and wouldnt affect or hurt anything if I didnt get to it right away would it?

No experience with the RPM sensor on that lathe, but I doubt it'll cause any problems if you don't get around to fixing it anytime soon.

Did the display go blank, or is it giving erratic numbers? If it's blank, I'd suspect a wire came undone somewhere. If it's erratic, then I'd suspect the sensor isn't aligned correctly.

It is just showing "0"... Jet say the sensor just needs too be moved until it reads the bolts as they turn... If I had looked at that before I called I would have gotten all my answers..
