Kit that I have tried.
Don't like how the click button rattles around when the refill tip is extended, other than that it is a fairly solid kit.
Used a piece of BOW sanded to 400x, buffed with extra fine steel wool, burnished with turned blank shavings and applied 6 coats of MINWAX OMWB Polyurethane using my "Dipping Method".

Great job on the pen Les :thumb:

I like the cigar kit except for the pocket clip, I wish that they made it a bit fancier. I's kind of plain for such a big pen.

Also, any chance of explaining your dipping method ??

My eye is stuck on the grain match...superb! Larry, Vaughn gave you the BOW, but the more common one is COW...California olive wood. Big nasty controversy several years ago with that stuff.

Didn't know that the cigar came in a click pen... most clicks I've tried don't work so well, so usually stay away from them.... you did the pen justice... outstanding justice... love the BOW.
