Profile matching

Been putting this off for a couple days. Wanted to make sure I had my head around how it should be done. Pretty happy how it turned out. It is the edge profile on a plaque for mounting whitetail deer.

Oh, used the little flower setting on the camera for the first time, pretty happy how that worked as well. :thumb:

That's a fine job. Its always easier to build from scratch than to re-do or match. Well done.

Once I got my head around it, I cut the 1/4 radius first.

Then I came back with a cove to do the other part.

For some reason, I wanted to do the cove first. Tried it on scrap and found the error of my ways. Got a little clean up to do, I did take shallow passes, so not much burning. Not as much as it looks in the picture.
