I'm doing a little woodworking, building a fermentation chamber for brewing.

Sunday, I'll be brewing up a 10 gallon all grain batch of a pale ale and smoking up a little chunk-o-brisket.

Last time I brewed was april of 2001, so this should be a fun little project, bringing the brewery back online.

I'll post pictures of the ferementation chamber a little later.

What are you guys doing?

Fighting a sinus cold, so probably not much woodworking today. Have some graphics to work on and a some new cnc software to learn. Also need to run a few errands, may stop by HF to exchange the multi-meter that wasn't working.

more things going on than i have time for:) got a cab job i am in the middle of and yesterday found out i got quests coming from canada, and we are to go out for supper to jimmys place once we get ready.. so its gonna be fun filled evening and the work part will have to wait..:) but at least it isnt raining and i wont get wet this time form my quest:)

Shop time all morning and early afternoon, then out to my sons and daughter in laws house for home brew and brisket (sound familiar Brent???:D) tomorrow morning antique market and afternoon to a local winery for a wine and food paring seminar:)

Saturday: Working on my box for the swap - cutting and matching veneers. Later, will chill out and watch the race.

Sunday: Mostly trying to take it easy. I'll cook brunch for LOML and me - bacon, sausage and eggs. Later, I'll grill some ribeyes and lobster tails for dinner.

Fighting the early stages of bronchitis, but I'm headed to the Warrior Dash here in a few minutes to go photograph a friend as she gets herself all muddy. Then it'll probably be just hanging around the apartment until tomorrow, when I'm headed to a BBQ at a friend's house. Need to work on a few more songs on the guitar to play with my buddies...they've got a gig coming up that could use the extra player. (Went out to see them last night at a local casino and won a couple hundred bucks on the slots...definitely covered the cost of gas to get there.) :thumb:

Finished making a push stick, i.e. CR design, will make a push pad after picking up a Ridgid 3650 TS tomorrow in VT from Tony Maio. I'll finally get a chance to meet another FWW member. It'll be a 6hr RT, so that'll take up a good chunk of the day. We'll browse & shop the Bennington & Brattleboro stores on the way back. Then I'll start the re-assembly & tune-up of the TS. Fun ahead. Hopefully I can complete it next week as it'll be about a couple months before I can get back to it.

In hospital, tomorrow is surgery. Left knee is to be replaced. Your thoughts and prayers that it is a routine operation with no surprises.

Best of luck to you Kyle, best wishes headed your way. Make your own luck by being attentive & committed to your post-op PT. I hope you'll be using a CPM (Constant Path Machine) as that will help greatly with restoring range of motion & flexibility.

I'm also having my knee (right one) replaced this Monday May 6th & am looking forward to it. Can't wait to get this done & on the road to a full recovery. Lots of pre-op things to do to get the limb ready, as well as getting the homestead prepared for rehab, getting all the yardwork/landscape work done, getting the TS assembled(?), & most of all: Golf is waiting!!!

Wow, you guys (and gal), maybe we need a "Body Part Replacement" subforum here. :D

Best wishes for total success and fast recoveries for all of you. :thumb:
