Wawouza Mack!! IMHO...I like the aluminum accent better, adds some visual or textural or taste bud thing...who knows!! For a young man of 43...you sure get it goin'!!

Thanks everyone for your kind comments. I did the one with the aluminum insert after I did the one without it. My thoughts were the same as yours, it was lacking something, and the aluminum was it!

Stephen: the blanks have arrived at my daughter's in MI. I've yet to see them. They won't be visiting here until June sometime. I will definitely be in touch with you when I lay my hands on them!
