Watch this video - and TRUST just how Lucky he and his shop was.

DO NOT PLAY with FIRE.

Now that is scarey! You have pretty much convinced me to move my trash can outside when I am not in the shop. It sits by the door anyway.

Another thing to watch out for. My brother borrowed my dad's table saw, located in my dad's basement. He sawed his wood and left. Sawdust was hot under the table saw, started smoldering. Caused some smoke damage throughout my dad's house. Could have been a lot worse. Coarse there was no dust collection, and probably a dull blade. But it can happen.

Well - this trash DID have a fair amount of BLO in it.

Innocent enough though, sprinkle some sawdust on the spill - sweep it up - throw it in the trash - BOOM.

I also saw another most about mulch around a house spontaneously combusting.

It get ya - For me --- I would rather be overly safe - than a little bit sorry.
