On an Antique Brass Bolt Action. Finished with 6 coats of Clear Gloss MINWAX WBOM Polyurethane that I knocked down with extra fine steel wool to get an antique finish to match the Antique brass.
What do you think?

Some neat pin figure in that wood.

I like the subdued traditional shape, lets to wood stand out and goes well with the hardware. Makes a real eye catching combo.
 
Nice Pens Les. The thought crossed my mind seeing this pen as to what airport security would think of this if one took one through the screening points when catching a flight. I think it could cause quiet a stir with them thinking it was capable of something more than writing and looking for the parts that go inside to replace the ink refill.
