Man am I hungry!!!!!

Thanks Bart, I'll be salivating all night now. Could almost taste the beef. I've done the beef ribs, but not as a slab - individually, & the rib eye roast on a rotisserie (every Christmas), but never the bacon steak rolls. Gotta try those......soon!:thumb:
 
I really need to try spit roasting a prime rib. Only problem is when you cook for two, the roast is rounder than it is long! LOL
