Potting bench

Jan wanted a potting bench for Mother's Day. She gave me a few pictures from searches on the web - she wanted the bottom from that one, the top from this one, and some brackets she found at hobby lobby. No problem said I.

Built from redwood with a corian top (left over from our kitchen remodel. Jan did the whitewash with a semi transparent stain.

Rennie, Your wife is one of those people that you look at for one second and just know that you are really going to like this person. She is a real winner.

I could never persuade Myrna that she should have a potting bench. She always declined with a comment something like, "for the few times I do it, the deck is fine."
I'm sure if she had seen a picture of yours she would have changed her mind.
