Not a fair test...

Today makes 16 days without a smoke...been fighting a tooth ache for 3 days, and a cold the Missus gave me a week & a half ago, but the topper>>>had to put one of our dogs down today....will power has never been one of my strong points :bonkers:...glad I haven't gave up drinking, sheesh :crutches:

Sad to hear about yer little buddy - that's really hard.

I quit smoking 35 years ago - never get those urges anymore - they do subside - great job - keep going.

I quit drinking - been well over a year - still wanna get dr...... well ya know. I can't - bed things happen when I do - it's not worth it.

Wish I could do something about eating. I'm afraid to try quitting - I think something bad will happen.

It takes time and all sorts of determination Ken, the first two weeks are for sure the hardest, keep it up and STICK WITH IT and success is in your future:thumb::thumb::thumb: Yes I speak from experience:)
