Quickie website

Good start!! Looks a lot better than mine and I'm already open for business. I've got to hire someone to build one once I get some more product photos which means I need more product which means I need to get to work! :D

Leo,

Looks like you've designed it to be mobile friendly, which was going to be my one suggestion, so you're doing good there!

(I used a google tool to check: https://www.google.ca/webmasters/tools/mobile-friendly/
which also has links to talk about mobile design, if anyone else is curious.)

I spent MONTHS of my spare time overhauling my own website to be mobile-friendly (wordsnwood.com ) and I probably did not get all of it. I had 10 years of hand-written web pages to sort through.

You might also want to sign up with Google analytics -- then you can track things like how much of your traffic is on phones/tablets/desktops, Demographics of your visitors, and so on.

best,
...art

I slapped a quick website together.

I know it needs a lot of work - don't they all?

www.leosworkshop.com

I need to get started in this if I plan to retire with at least something.

Retirement date - 2020/2021

Leo,
If you are going to retire with enough money to do all of the things the Life Insurance people talk about, you are going to have to add another 0 (zero) to the end of those numbers.
e.g. 20200/20210.

Enjoy,
JimB
