Yep, started another one!
These things are like potato chips, can't just have one!!
These two pics are the HF on the lathe, with the outside done, no hollowing.
This wood has some nice grain in it, but is is was much easier to hollow out than that last one.
Should make a nice simple HF, good practice. It is hollowed to about 3/16", or less. Into the DNA tub it went!
While I was doing this one, I was having a bit of a problem with the D-handle hitting the wall, so I moved the headstock out a bit, and adjusted the captive part, and BOY this worked better!
