Group,
I'm trying to understand how to make this cut for an intersection in a Muntin. So far I've used a Jointer and Planner to get square wood of the correct dimensions. I then used my router table to mill my muntin. I'd like to make this type of intersection but don't know how to do it. The text on the pic is the Author describing how he draws this in Sketchup.
The only thing I could figure out is use two pieces of Muntin, cut mortises into each, 45 degree the ends, insert tenon piece into each mortise? If that's the case, I'd better be perfect on cutting those mortises. Can this be done with one continuous muntin? Thanks!
