I offered to make some inserts for my friend Scott for his Grizzly 1023. After looking at the factory insert he brought me, it was only about 3/32" larger than the one for my Delta TS. So I did a quick offset to the outer vector and flipped the layout (his is a left hand tilt) and I had an insert that would work for my Delta.
Note the two little tabs next to the lower set screw holes in this drawing. Those can be filed to size to for a better fit.
It's still a little short, but the same size as the factory one. I'll adjust the drawing for the next ones.
