here we go again! another of the church ladies who cook large amounts of soup asked if i would make one for her too. with a bit of white oak that cost $2, we're off to the races. only thing done with this was to plane it smooth. tomorrow i'll set up a new template for this one.

all but finished this one off today. laid out the lines from the template on sunday, then today i did the rough cutting, sanding to lines, drilled the hanger hole, and rounded over all the edges. now all that is left is to give it a good sanding, oiling, and the hanger strap.
