My New Shop

I took possession of this great new Garagemahal. on Friday .

Built by a tradesman for himself.
30'X60
10 ft ceilings,
8" slab, insulated sealed course of block.
15 years old
2x6 construction weather tight.
Gas furnace and Wood stove
200 amp service.
They left this old Cman behind
Hot and cold running water.
With in walking distances of the largest lake in the USA.
They threw in a house, barn and 5.6 acres on a wooded lot too .
Think I'm going to be like it here .

Looks awesome Tyler. Congrats on the new digs.

All you need now is a frig and couch. Rent the house out, no upkeep there.

:D :thumb: :thumb: :thumb:

Wow Tyler! You done good! Looks like a good sized shop with most of the major work already done for you. Let's see you fill it up with tools now...;)

Tyler, that looks like a sweet setup. Even though you paid WAY over retail for an old Craftsman tablesaw, it was nice of them to throw in a house, a barn, a shop, and 5+ acres of turning materials to sweeten the deal.

Congrats!

Thanks guys I'll be running updates bye you for approval in the very near future.
Going to be trickling up there over the next 1.5 years.
To my good fortune and current distress I have 2 total shops:eek: .
A lot of starter stuff that wouldn't move at the garage sale.
and some real nice users I've acquired since reading these very expensive forums:rolleyes:
Thanks for looking, come visit if your close to the Canadian border on Lake Superior.

Tyler, I get to Thunder Bay about once a year. How far are you from there?

Tyler, I love it... "the Garagemahal." I don't know if this is original to you, but it's a classic :thumb: What an awesome new shop. I'm really happy for you. It looks like you'll be able to do some serious woodworking in there, that's for sure. Good on ya'!
