No bark on this one, as you can see. I roughed this bowl out about two years ago and just now got back around to it. Found a little bit of curl down inside and some nice grain/color, IMO.

10" x 8" x 6" and antique oil was used for the finish.

Well Mark, the voices in my head speak my mind all the time, but you probably dont want to hear what they have to say. :p

However, that's a great-looking bowl. I like the uneven heights of the wings...it's something different, but still aesthetic. Great job. :clap:
 
I like it, it has a very......... "organic" feel to it, almost like it was grown that way, not turned. The shape is such, with the wings etc that it does not look "Turned".

I don't know if I would have the balls to do something like that right now being a newbie. The sound of that turning would scare me to all heck.

I love it it's gorgeous.
