Wow that is beautiful mike. If only courses like that were offered here (and at that price).

A quick question if you don't mind Mike, How thick is the lid before you start caving?

I have had the good fortune of learning how to carve a shell from you in my carving class (Jim Nash was the instructor) about a year ago.

I also learnt a lot from you when you and I were taking the Hand Tools class.
