The Last of the Cutting Boards

Ok...... Here's the last one. I'm sure everyone is burned out on cutting boards this holiday season.

This is going to be a gift for my father-in-law. It is a pretty small one, mostly intended for cheese. (about 8in by 8in)

Due to the size, I skipped the handles that the bigger ones have. This one is made out of Purpleheart, Walnut, and Maple.

I really like how the grain on the purpleheart turned out on this one.

It may be smaller, but it sure looks substantial!

Very nice, that Purple-Heart is neat wood.

I've yet to tackle one of these, they certainly are on my list of things to do!

The colors and the grain are really nice together. These projects offer such creativity in design. Thanks for the pics! You have done well.
