What is your favorite NON WOODWORKING website

My other passion is old tractors so I just love this place www.mytractorforum.com and I am a moderator over there. Lots of other cool stuff besides tractors, lawn tractors.

If you like it join and tell them "John Deere Addict" sent you.

Interesting. I used to belong to a list like that. I have a Massey-Harris 44D row crop that needs some fixing.
Come by some weekend, I'll put ye to work then feed ye. :thumb:

Gee no one checks Ebay daily??

I probably go there at least once everyday. But I don't buy much. I do watch it close for a few items. Old machines and tools mostly. So maybe that is wood related. :D

There are several business data related sites I visit regularly as part of my work but I won't bore people with those.

Oh yea, I visit a couple of boating sites too. The Kayak forum and Messing about in Boats.

I visit www.FordF150.net every day, also a moderator and part time administrator.. My truck is my other hobby.

Craigslist

I check the local craigslist for any tools or related stuff...

I picked up a beer miester for $75 :thumb:

Dont know as I have a favorite one, but here's some I spend time on:
eBay
petfinder.com (Whenever I get wind someone's thinking of getting a dog/cat or puppy/kitten, I try and shop for them and steer them towards a rescue adoption - so far I'm batting about 2 for 15)

At some time in my future I'd like to try my hand at building acoustic instruments (yeah - I know that's not NON-Woodworking (sort of)) so I've haunted these a fair bit:
http://www.frets.com/FRETSPages/pagelist.html
http://luthierforum.com/index.php?showforum=6
http://www.mandolincafe.com/
http://www.mimf.com/
http://robinsoninlays.com/index.html
http://www.mcdonaldstrings.com/

That's some that come to mind.

There are non-woodworking related websites? Oh....you must mean tool and accessory sites like Amazon, Hartville, Ebay, and Holbren. :thumb:

....I will confess that while I was making the guitar I lurked on several guitar building forums, and now that I'm making a tube amp for the guitar, I'm lurking on lots of amp and schematic sites too. Other than that, it's pretty much Yahoo or my bank. :dunno:

Well, before they blocked streaming audio at my office, I was at www.radioparadise.com daily, both for listening and for reading about and discussing the songs being played.

I often (but not regularly) drop by Fark.com (not for the tame at heart, or easily offended), mostly to watch a bunch of idiots prove why they are idiots, and to see some of the Photoshop contests.

My default home page is Google.com, and I've customized it to include a number of news feeds and other interesting reading snippets.
