Frank Fusco: Bird doggin' in AR with Rob Johnstone?

Hey Frank, I just wondered if you happen to be one of the "reprobates" that Rob Johnstone refers to in his latest [Woodworker's Journal eZINE] editorial?

Also, he talks about going from New England "snowdrifts and wind-chill" to "big woods and sunshine". Will he be disappointed?

Nope, he hasn't called me. We don't have enough quail in Arkansas anymore to be worth hunting. He did say he would be in the central part. There is a game farm where they pen raise quail and release for 'hunters'. Not my thang. He might bring back some interesting wood though. The pine is good kindlin' I wouldn't try turning...again.

Oh well ... thought I'd ask.

Maybe the quail hunting is just an excuse to get away.... Well, and the interesting wood, of course.

I can honestly say if the wife would move I would be out of New England the next day.I am tired of the snow. Good thing I can get a transfer to any one of the remaining 49 states. in my job
