Bench / stand sander . . .

My 4x 36 Craftsman bench rig is gasping. Very sad . Its always that forward roller that adjusts. Not going to replace it this time. Want to up-grade to a bit more power and a 6" belt. The Craftsman looks all plastic so shying away. Thr Grizzly rig is cast iron so I'm drooling on that one. Any other recomendations ? Trying to stay under $ 400.00 ( tax refund ) so that Timesaver is out. Getting excited about MORE POWER, ARR, ARR, ARR !

I have the G1014Z that I purchased back when they still sold for $200 its been a real good tools that I've got a lot of use out of. The picture shows a table that I made to get above the disk sander.
