Make a bead board.

The boards are 8" wide. The bull nose bit would reach
upward on the router table say 2" max. If you turn the board over you would catch the other 2" inches. For safety would think that would be pushing it.

Have special order to build a cabinet such as this with
barn wood bead board doors made from barnwood I have.

Way back when you used to be able to get a head/blade for a table saw that would do that. I don't know if you still can I have not seen one fro quite some time. Of course I also have not looked for one.:thumb:

How about a roundover bit that ends in a point? Router along a guide rail or fence clamped to the work.

Thanks Guys

This might be the ticket. Was thinking that would have problems on the router table as the boards are bowed
and the depth would vary.
With Dave's idea could control the depth a lot better,
as the router would follow the bow.
