bad lawnmower tire

Frank, the tires are normal tires. I have replaced 3 now. (2 different mowers) Got the last one at Northern Tool. Same model as was already on the mower. Jim.

The original tire was a Carlisle. The one I'm having problems with is a different make and even though it is marked as the same size it is noticably larger diameter.
I really think it is not designed for the rim on this Craftsman. Hopefully, I won't have to screw around with it again for a long time.
