Click the little X in the top right of the message.

You shouldn't see the message again unless you log out, but once you login, it will go away.

To be honest, I'm not sure that many unregistered users are really reading it and probably was driving potential and some existing members away. So I just disabled it until we have a current use case to justify it.

Yep, the Like button was not available on the old vBulletin software.
