We tried out the Headbangers Kitchen version of pizza dough tonight. Pretty good stuff, the crust was about 12", 8 net carbs.

Nice!! It's not too bad and satisfies my pizza urges, although I need some pepperoni on mine. Baked on a stone or a steel plate?

Baked on a stone, there were about 30 rounds of pepperoni on there too, just blends in with color of the sauce. I found some sauce that was 1g carbs for 2 tbsp, which is about all I used.
