I love making bread, but my Kitchenaid Pro 600 may be fine for whipping cream or making cakes and frosting, but it is NOT for kneading dough. Following all Kitchenaid recommendations, it can rarely get through enough dough for two loaves without overheating and shutting down. But I think I've solved the problem. This bad-boy is 15.5" x 15.5" x 24" and weighs in at 88lbs. It has a 1hp motor. It should be here in about ten days. I can't wait!

Holy smokes that thing is indeed a beast!

Looks like the spec sheet says good for 3lbs of heavy bread dough so that ought to do 3 loaves real nicely. Or 5lbs of regular Bread and Roll dough .. which is darn near commercial 😲😲

Man think of how much pizza you can make!!

And then come xmas cookie time!! 🤤

It wasn't supposed to be here until next week, but I got a call from the freight company this morning and they are delivering it tomorrow. The dispatcher said that they are sending it on a lift gate truck because the container weighs in at 132 lbs.!

This is gonna be fun! :)
