Lidded Pot in Oak

Love those fine crisp lines, still and always lovely.

I'm also fond of how you put the handle on the lid cross grain to the lid. I think it adds some nice contrast that would otherwise be lost there.

I guess it’s down to sharp tools and an aversion to rounded edges that could be misconstrued as poor abrasive application.

On the other hand, it could just be my engineering background that refuses to treat wood any different to any other machined part.
