Locking the Drill/Sander in "On" Position

I have one of the WoodTurners Wonders blue Angle drill.I used it today for the first time.It works really good.I wish I could put it in on postion so I wouldnt have to squeeze it all the time.It would be easier on my hands. (Arthritis )I could put a tie wrap around the trigger to the desired speed and plug it into an outlet controlled by a switch. Any other ideas??? I wish there would be something I am missing made into it.

I would still be a bit concerned about safety. Having to take you hand off the running angle drill to switch it on. I have one of those.It hadnt dawned me to use that.I used that sander for the first time yesterday.....except when i first got it to make sure it worked. Thanks.!

Well my foredom foot pedal is toast.It is 3- yrs old ...at least. I still have one I use on my dremel that i may try.
