Completely removed to the ground and rebuilt. It was a lot of work, but next to putting in the 4x4’s where I inlisted the help of my younger brother, I did everything myself. Great experience, and put me in much better health! Glad it’s done and the misses is happy 👍

Next year I will landscape, box in the bottom and stain it all.

wow, great job tom....impressive, we are looking to move and have an agent looking for homes, but thats one thing I would never do, try to redo a deck. Im happy Im still able to walk on a deck.we miss you guys. we miss all the michiganders,

Unbelievable amount of work. Making my back ache looking at it. Per Tom standards, BEAUTIFUL build. So do you wait a year to stain it? Wonderful deck, you are a master my friend. Tell Joy to give you some breathing room so you can play in the shop!
