That Sika I shot a couple weeks ago. My neighbor Curt across the street smoked up 3 lion cut. I did a dry rut and HONEY BBQ sauce.
I then put them on the charcoal grill , about 10 minutes a side. Shelly who never eats venison said it's the best. So butter knife lean.
