These were picked up at the local KARM store (Knoxville Area Rescue Mission) then cut the stems off and put them on Royal Paulownia stems. The glasses are about 6 ounce and have been etched with a leaf design.

These are some I did earlier and have them on display at the Charles Hall Museum and Marketplace here in Tellico Plains.

Those are great also.... May have to take the Mac Mop off my lathe as start using it again for what is was intended for.... Nice work... these would be for me,,, my wife does not appreciate wine..

I cut the stems off about an inch more or less using my dremel with a cut-off wheel. The stems are turned either as one piece or a 2 piece constructions... the top of the stem is drilled the size of the glass stem, then champfered to fit the glass bottom.... I use a 5 minute epoxy to glue them together.
