Bike ride

My good friend also has a liquid cure for his chronic back pain

I'm sticking with cbd and thc gummies
They are legal and easy to find anywhere
And it works for me and many others

I can't imagine sitting on a motorcycle and driving across country at our age or at least with my age related physical ailments

Regardless have a good ride I'm hoping to get out west one more time by car

THC products are not legal or easily available in states that do not allow recreational marijuana sales. Granted, more and more states are making them legal, but not all of them have done so. (And neither have the feds and their DEA.) And legal or not, THC products and road trips are not a good mix. ;)

Vaughn Maryland has legalized recreational pot.
I decided to head home after visiting my Friend in Va.
Let's put it this way a lot of prayer is needed.
 
thc undet .3 percent derived from hemp is legal. well, maybe not, but Ive seen it available over the counter in every gas station or vape shop Ive driven thru, maybe 30 states, I was told from a somewhat reliable source, how do they get away with selling it and was told under .3 percent from hemp is legal.Its far less dangerous then a few beers or one scotch or vodka. and road trips have nothing to do with it, Id never take anything that would effect my ability to drive.
p;ot dispenseries sell a much more concentrated stronger version, or their own versions, medical id proof is usually needed in most states that havent legalized it yet.

Back before NM legalized recreational use, we could get CBD products but nothing with any amount of THC. Medical dispensaries were the exception, but you needed a card. These days you can't swing a dead cat without hitting a recreational dispensary around here. (Not that I'm complaining...I've ingested much worse back in my rock & roll heyday, lol.)

internet, not sure I believe much from internet, but confirmed what I was told. under .3 percent is ok by federal govt
again, Ive been in 30 states the past few years, find them in any gas station that sells cigarettes/vape supplies as well as souvenir shops, gift shops, and ofcourse cbd stores.
 
Meanwhile, here in Virginia:
“Any adult over 21 years is allowed to cultivate up to four marijuana plants (per household) without a license, provided it is for their personal use.”

Gardening can be very therapeutic. :rofl:
